Our return and exchange process is guided by the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who said:

"The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted, and if they spoke the truth and made clear the defects of the goods, they would be blessed in their transaction."
(Sahih al-Bukhari 2079)
